Each of us have moments when the world seems to get "crazy". Crazy is a word we use when painful, scary, or shaming events seem to overwhelm us and we doubt we’re enough to change the world we experience. Asking yourself to feel good in the middle of these events unto its self feels a bit crazy. However it is possible to change the degree of how we feel about ourselves during these trying moments.
