Over-givers hand their time, energy, self-worth, integrity and other pieces of themselves to other people because it tricks our ego into believing they owe something back to us. In this program, we will discuss how over-giving and enabling needy behavior of other people was learned from our childhood and through adult consciousness choose to minimize the behavior.
