Feeling conflicted is a polar opposite in which parts of the ego have different agendas or values around life experiences. Feeling conflicted means that part of me is in disagreement with another part of me and cannot bring resolve to my values. Feeling confused is a defended position from part of our ego. Feeling confused keeps us ungrounded and becomes an escape from what is really fearful or shaming. In this program you are invited to discover the belief/s that keep you conflicted and/or confused.
