Holistic Coaching Intensive, Four Day Workshop with John McMullin, HC, 10am - 7pm

John McMullin, H.C. and the Holistic Coaching Institute presents this four day intensive that will focus on:

Why our ego needs ritual for healing

Throughout the eons of time, humans have understood the purpose of creating rituals for healing. The ancient shaman understood the relationship of belief and alchemy as they created a magic environment for healing. Today, we still notice the subtle rituals of taking a pill, hypnosis, blessings, worship, and many other rituals to amplify the healing process. As Holistic Coaches we learn to choose and integrate appropriate rituals for the healing process of our clients.

Marketing our Holistic Coaching Skills

What motivates potential clients to seek our skills? How do we invite existing clients to become the messenger of our work? Is part of our ego our own saboteur creating an energy field of doubt? In this class, participants will learn the art and skill of promoting their practice from confidence that becomes the spoken and unspoken motivation for potential clients.

Integrating Meyers-Briggs Personality Types into our practice

Although Meyers-Briggs is often used in traditional counseling, it has also become a powerful and popular tool for coaching. We will learn how to use the insight and understanding of personality types to enhance our own coaching skills. We will use this tool to help clients on their journey of self-realization and compassion.

The Power of Integrating Mind – Body – Spirit

Dis-ease often comes from the illusion of separation and the experience of feeling overwhelmed. In this class we will discover the questions to ask our clients to reveal the wounding from trauma and how that wounding fractures the personality. As coaches we can help them find a path of self-recovery as well as wisdom and intimacy. We will explore our past and future challenges from our birth matrix to the consciousness of our future self.

Holistic Growth

From a Holistic perspective, our growth moves from selfish into self, and finally into self realized selflessness. As Holistic Coaches, we realize we cycle through these three stages many times to refine and expand our consciousness into the Sage – ultimately to be of great service to humankind. In the process of teaching this journey to others, we can deepen and enrich our own experiences through this infinite journey.

Grieving the Loss of Self

One of the difficult challenges to self-growth is to realize that growing into another reality requires a loss and death of our past self. As a Holistic Coach, can we honor and teach the grieving process for the necessary suffering and loss, to invite the new self into the Mind, Body, and Spirit.

 Healing through Intention

The power of homeopathy suggests that like frequencies cancel. If we can teach our subconscious mind to become a homeopathic vibrational source for the dis-eased energy, is it possible to create the miracle of healing through intention? Some gurus call this process a blessing, while others suggest the process happens through their own transparency. Each participant will be invited to find the power of intention that resolves dysfunctional beliefs that manifest in poor health.

Resolving Reactive Control Dramas

When people are confronted with conscious or subconscious beliefs of separation or overwhelm, the human ego defends with reactive control dramas that become embedded and hidden in the subconscious. In this class we will explore the passive and aggressive control dramas that are a symptom of unresolved traumas in our life. We will use the Law of Paradox to increase sensitivity and healing.
